i come from a do-it-yourself family, at least i think so… why else would my mum give me a glass filed with things to make double chocolate cookies myself. she would never assume i’m not capable of putting together the incredients… even tough i’m not the best chef in my kitchen ;)

tomorrow is my last day in my class for this semester. my fellow student friends and i decided to bring something for the kids. so i went for these delicious goods. i hope they’ll like cookies… ! at least pan does ;)

the christmas presents for my dear friends are these delicious goodies.
introducing: christmas muesliit’s super easy and so good. just mix oat flakes with honey and gingerbread spices. put them in the oven and wait for 15 minutes. after about 6 minutes open the oven stir the muesli and add some almonds. wait for the rest of the time to bake your muesli and let it dry afterwards. i hope everyone will like it :)

oh and pan wanted to say hi again. he loves to be around my camera… or maybe just in the center of attention all the time.

time is flying by these days – again i know! it takes some time getting used to the whole being a student thing again. don’t get me wrong i love it, but it’s hard to listen all the time after two years of working by myself.
anyways, yesterday i had a meeting with the girls from welovehandmade and i thought of baking this zucchini cake. it only tool about half an hour to make and i’m so glad i did this. it’s super yummy and actually pretty easy. klick on to the image to get a better view on the recipe.
oh and if you haven’t heard it yet, this page has a facebook page now too. i post different pictures on the fb page… so if you want to get the whole dose check it out.

i love autumn!
i really do, lot’s of color, you can wear more cloth and different layers, it’s my birthday season ;) AND because of pumpkin soup! i could eat it every day, it’s just so good. two years ago i disscovered this recipe: pumpkin curry soup.
it’s adds this delightful spiciness to your ordinary pumpkin soup and makes it that much better!

last summer i bought this paletas “cook” book, paletas are mexican ice pops. i already made some different berry and yogurt ones but last week i made avocado popsicles. yes avocado as in the green fruit, or is it a vegetable? sounds fun hm? well it’s actually quite delicious, because somehow you have this creamy ice pop without yogurt or anything milk related.
