when the weather get’s hot i’m getting even lazier in the kitchen. so this is a nice and quick recipe i tried. cut puff pastry in little squares and put some feta, tomatoes and thyme on top of it. maybe ad some drops of olive oil… 
put it into the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. and add some fresh basil leafs when your little tarts are done. enjoy!
you need 
carv lines around the edges
and enjoy!

last week i did it… i made fries! that’s huge for me because i never really eat fries at all. i don’t like the big m company and i just never really fried things at home because of all the oil that’s left in the kitchen. but i read about sweet potato fries and i really like those so i just had to try it. plus i made them without really frieing… i made them in the oven.
just cut the potatoes, mix them with a little oil, salt and rosemary. put them in the oven for 30 minutes, maybe turn them after some time… and you’re ready to eat!

last summer i bought this paletas “cook” book, paletas are mexican ice pops. i already made some different berry and yogurt ones but last week i made avocado popsicles. yes avocado as in the green fruit, or is it a vegetable? sounds fun hm? well it’s actually quite delicious, because somehow you have this creamy ice pop without yogurt or anything milk related.

dominik and i spent eastermonday at viennas donaupark, i read the hunger games part 2 all day long while he spent the time jumping ;) i took some pictures of him while he was practicing his parkour but i’m on vacation so there’s no time to work through those now! :)
i prepared a portable breakfast snack for our day at the park, it’s pretty easy and super delicious. warm up some frozen berries and add a spoon of honey. let them cool down again. fill a jar with plain yogurt. carefully ad the berries and top it with some granola. apply the lid and off you go!
going to munich for a couple of days tomorrow
