hey there. one more day and february will be here. i don’t know if i like this so much… someone special won’t be here the whole month and i really don’t like the idea of that. on the other hand i have so much to do the whole month will pass on quick enough anyways!
here’s the new wallpaper for february. if you’d like to download it, hop on over to we love handmade!
sometimes i need to change things…
the easiest way to accomplish this is to make your hair look different, there was a time some years ago where i would have just bought some dye and make my hair blue or violett… now i know i wouldn’t like it after some days. so i was pleasantly surprised when i found this tutorial to dye my hair just for one night or maybe two days.
but sometimes the hair is not enough change! so here it comes… i’m going back to school/univerity… and i’m going to be a primary school teacher. it’s not that i don’t like being a graphic designer, i love it… and i love the projects with people who come to me because they like what i do and they like my style…but i just don’t like working for an agency or a firm where i can only work on one kind of projects.
plus, i think i will be an even better teacher with my creative skills…
so this is it. my big change. and i’m super excited!
because i couldn’t decide which bowl would fit this little kitten, pan has been eating out of two tiny ikea bowl since he came to live with me.
he is a real tiger these days and has been running around like crazy so those tiny bowl often drip over… you might guess how much i like that.
so i bought these not drip-able white dishes for him… and painted them. the one for the food is still in the making but i just finished the water bowl and couldn’t help but show it.
a lucky kitten he is don’t you think?
the other day when i took some pictures of pan and myself i managed to take some of only me as well which i like. i usually don’t like fotos of me… well who does? but these two somehow made it to the blog… i don’t often post pictures of me so excuse me if that’s not what you expect.
anyways today was my first vacation day :) i spent it with pan and my best friend who is going to america for some month… i hate to let her go again. no one seems to like vienna as much as i do… they all leave at some point.
that’s why i’m going too… but just for some days :) vacation in croatia. i have some posts lined up for the next week in case you drop by. and if you’d like to see how my vacation is going on you can always follow me on instagram.
yesterday miss questionmark and i took pictures of her and her flower crown in the grain field next to my house.
magic hour plus a beauty… what do you think? i love it! go to flickr to see the others!
it’s this time of year again, summer, sun, long evenings outdoors and music… lot’s of music. i’ve never been one of those huge festival girls, i attended some small ones and loved the atmosphere but i never had the time (summerjob…) to visit one of the big ones.
but this summer with all the change going on in my live it’s time to experience this.
i also plan on rocking smaller ones. what about you? are you festival fans? is there one which i should plan on visiting? or any other tips?
still on the surface on Flickr.
oh and I went for a walk yesterday and added some pictures to my “new season” folder on flickr
i need a vacation, asap. my mind is filled with stuff to do and but there never seems to be enough time. the times i’m most inspired i spend at work sending myself to do lists via email with stuff i want to do when i come home… but most of the time they just end up in a folder called “stuff i want to do someday”
i really hope someday is soon…
